Open classes

Uta’s ›open classes‹ will guide you through a dynamic Vinyasa flow practice. Her classes remind us that everything is connected and interdependent. There will be challenges, of course, and sometimes you might even break into a sweat, but importantly the flow practice is based on the joy of movement – it’s fun and fluid. Uta will skillfully navigate you through sequences which are built around elements of asana, pranayama and meditation. She is always keen to share her personal techniques and experiences, both on and off the mat. Whilst moving and breathing to a curated playlist, you’ll have ample opportunity to explore your voice & vibration, whilst chanting mantra.

Uta’s classes are designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete novice to yoga and meditation, or whether you have an established practice. For Uta, diversity is a strength, and it is important that everyone in her classes feels secure; understanding your physical limits, but mindful not to overstep them.

Online Classes

In this gentle Prenatal Vinyasa Flow, which is specially adapted to the physical conditions of pregnancy, we create space for you and your baby on a physical and mental level. In addition to strengthening and stretching the physical body, the class also focuses on conscious pausing to create a deep connection to you and your child and to accept your body with its changes.
In addition, you can expect pranayama, specific breathing exercises and meditation to prepare you mentally for the birth of your child and your life as a mother. I look forward to accompanying you through this special time!

All levels are welcome, some yoga experience is recommended.

Business Yoga

Yoga and mindful meditation are powerful tools which can support your employees in a sustainable way to relax, unwind, and reset.

Building yoga into the working day is a perfect way to promote a clear focus, establish concentration and engagement in the workplace.

Uta offers three bespoke formats that promote physical and mental wellbeing. These sessions elevate more productivity and encourage your team to relax, reduce stress levels and re-energize.

Each session will include variations and adaptations, tailored to individual needs. Classes will take place on sight or online and can be in German or English.

Private Yoga

Traditionally, yoga and meditation were taught directly from teacher to student. Private yoga classes are a great format if you want to work on a specific area or set in your asana practice.

Do you want to gain a deeper understanding of certain transitions? Are there open questions that were missed out in group classes? Are you less confident and need the certainty of individual encouragement and guidance? Do you want to integrate a fixed yoga routine into your daily life, but you’re not exactly sure how?
