After the stillness of winter, we begin to stir again — just like the earth beneath us.
Spring Awakening invites you to reconnect with your inner rhythm, to soften back into your body, and to remember the quiet power that lives within.
This yoga retreat is a weekend of renewal, balance, and connection — a coming home to yourself and the pulse of nature.
As nature comes alive around us, we’ll explore practices that awaken vitality from within, harmonize us with nature, and reconnect us with the strength and softness that lies within us.

Clara Danke is the co-founder of PROVINZ, a regenerative permaculture farm in Brandenburg, Germany.
The focus lies on the mindful cultivation of flowers and herbs and their transformation into high-quality products for self-care rituals and slowing down, such as bath salts, incense, and evening teas.
Clara has been exploring native herbs and flowers for more than ten years, sharing her knowledge of how to identify, forage, process, and use them. Her seminars focus on hands-on experiences and gathering plants together in nature.
They are an invitation to deepen our connection with the natural world and discover how we can effortlessly integrate it into our daily lives through the mindful use of herbs and flowers.
The wonderful Elisa Frucht will cook delicious vegetarian food for us.
She takes good care of our culinary needs and is selecting her products in a sustainable and seasonal way.

► Do I need to have a lot of yoga asana experience to take part?
No. We will always give different variations and modifications in the classes so that you can adapt the practice to your needs. However, we do not recommend this retreat for complete beginners.
► I am pregnant. Can I still take part?
Of course, you can. We have had pregnant women in the past and we always offer options and variations depending on your needs.
► How many participants will there be?
We will be a maximum of 16 participants plus the team.
► How do I get to the HAVEN?
It's a 1,5 hour car journey from Berlin city center and 3.5 hours from Hamburg to Bahnitz, where Haven is located. If you are looking for a lift or could offer a lift with other participants, we are happy to help you arranging small groups to come together. If you are coming by train, take the RE4 from Berlin to Rathenow. From there we can book you a group taxi (the costs are shared by yourself and the group).
► Do I need to bring anything in particular?
You should bring comfortable clothes for your yoga practice, your yoga mat (if possible) and anything else you need for your practice. If you feel like swimming and/or going to the sauna, bring your swimming gear and an extra towel. We also recommend bringing a good book to read, a journal for your thoughts and weatherproof clothing for nature walks and excursions.
