12 – 16 June 2026
at Haven
w/ Jil Fischer, Uliana Tepikina & Uta Eismann
Join us for five days and four nights to welcome the beginning of summer, surrounded by fruity, flowery gardens in Brandenburg.
We’re opening the doors of Haven for you as the days stretch into their longest light, a moment to feel the warmth and fullness of summer held in community.
Summer is the season when the seeds planted in the quiet of winter — both around us and within us — come into bloom. Nature draws us outside and offers her generosity, her colours, her ease. Life becomes lighter, and so do we.
Through yoga, meditation, ritual, breathwork, intuitive movement and dance, we’ll explore the abundance of summer and the abundance within ourselves. We’ll release what feels heavy, step into a new season with intention, and reconnect to joy in all its forms.
What brings me joy?
What gives me a sense of lightness?
What do I perceive when I am in touch with my own vitality?
What does abundance mean to me?
What do I need in order to allow my full intensity and fullness?
We want to dedicate our days together with you to exploring all of these themes.
We will begin each day in silence, followed by a dynamic Vinyasa Flow. In the afternoons and early evenings, you’ll be invited into a mix of workshops, intuitive practices or restorative sessions. All of this is held by spacious free time to unwind, relax and simply enjoy.
If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please reach out to us before registering so we can make the most supportive decision together for you.
In the morning, you can look forward to a dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, and in the early evening to a grounding Yin practice.
The yoga retreat is generally suitable for everyone; however, it is helpful if you already have a regular yoga practice.
If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please let us know before you register so that we can make the best decision together for you.

Jil is a Hypnosis Coach and Breathwork Facilitator with over five years of experience supporting women on their journey back to themselves. Her work blends breath, movement, and presence — offering spaces for intuitive dance, women’s circles, cacao rituals, and mentorship for cyclical living.
Through the processes of unbecoming and remembering, Jil creates spaces for women to shed old identities, reconnect with their truth, and reclaim their feminine, innate power.
She offers honest, nurturing environments where women can move freely, express, be witnessed, and return to a more natural way of living — empowered to live in rhythm, in trust, in connection to their inner voice.
Uliana is a ceramic artist whose craft is deeply inspired by the textures and raw beauty of nature.
Her slow, intuitive clay workshop invites participants to explore the meditative rhythm of working with clay.
Uliana encourages a connection to the material and the moment, leaving space for creativity to unfold naturally.
The retreat will be taught in English (unless everyone speaks German)

After the morning practice she prepares us a nourishing breakfast/brunch. In the early afternoon there will be a lunch snack or coffee & cake and a full meal in the evening after our sessions.

► Do I need to have a lot of yoga asana experience to take part?
No. We will always give different variations and modifications in the classes so that you can adapt the practice to your needs. However, we do not recommend this retreat for complete beginners.
► I am pregnant. Can I still take part?
Of course, you can. We have had pregnant women in the past and we always offer options and variations depending on your needs.
► How many participants will there be?
We will be a maximum of 16 participants plus the team.
► How do I get to the HAVEN?
It's a 1,5 hour car journey from Berlin city center and 3.5 hours from Hamburg to Bahnitz, where Haven is located. If you are looking for a lift or could offer a lift with other participants, we are happy to help you arranging small groups to come together. If you are coming by train, take the RE4 from Berlin to Rathenow. From there we can help you book a group taxi (the costs are shared by the group).
► Do I need to bring anything in particular?
You should bring comfortable clothes for your yoga practice, your yoga mat (if possible) and anything else you need for your practice. If you feel like swimming and/or going to the sauna, bring your swimming gear and an extra towel. We also recommend bringing a good book to read, a journal for your thoughts and weatherproof clothing for nature walks and excursions.
